I had an affair with a married woman fifteen years ago, she left her husband and we tried to make it work- but didn't.She was pregnant and had the baby before her divorce was final. She tried to take me to court for cs but in Louisiana her ex is considered the child's father. I am married and have a son and am thinking of contacting the child and having a test to see if I am the father. My question is if I am can his mother who lives in Tenn. get back child support.
