divorce and the military

I live in Oregon and my husband is active duty military. Does anyone know if there are special rules regarding process service or anything else regarding divorcing a military man during peacetime who is stationed in the states and currently on leave.

There are no special rules for that situation. If the spouse is stationed overseas, then you have problems!
