What is the name of your state? Texas My daughters Father and Grandparents have died the will for her grandparents has not been probated, but I know her father and Aunt were the only heirs. The Aunt has her late fathers power of attorney so she has started selling of all the property. Can she do this with the will being probated Help

Maybe aunt doesn't know that the POA expired at the same moment the death occurred, so she has no legal authority to be selling anything. You need to check at the the father's estate--if she has, then she does have the legal authority to dispose of the property as the will instructs.

Why haven't the grandparents wills been probated yet?
