oklahoma my husband worked for an oilfield company he went in to work and his tool pusher told him he no longer had a job there they had a few words and the tool pusher hit him twice in the face and knocked him to the ground both times it was on company property what can he do

He can make a complaint to the police that he was assaulted.

He can file for unemployment benefits.

If you are thinking that he can sue the company, that's highly unlikely but will be too fact-specific to say for absolutely certain on a message board. He is free to contact a local attorney to see what s/he says.
