Hi I have posted 2 times with no response from anyone. Please refer to my post of 9-20 maybe you can help. I know you say you are not an attorney but maybe you have some other ideas. I do have an attorney but he is just sitting idle. All this is in the state od Idaho and I now live in Michigan. My 9-20 post will help explain. Please help. Thanks

If you can afford one, Get a reputable attorney, and if the one you have is lazy, fire him/ her.
