What is the name of your state? Colorado
I live in Colorado,but I was married in California. I am currently seperated and trying to get a divorce(of course we are fighting over money,but...) Here's my situation...is there a law that says you have to be divorced a certain period of time before re-marrying? My wife was divorced 23 days before our marriage. I heard that some states do have some kind of law in regard to this situation,but dont know if its true or not. Thanks for your help.
