About to get divorced.Have a separation agreement because we own a business ( in my name only) and now he wants to break the agreement because he can't sell the business because of the lease agreement. HE had the separation agreement drawn up and I signed it. Can he do this? the agreement states he gets the business and I get the house. I have a 16 yr. old , not his. HELP!!!

Do you see that writing in RED, above? Without a State name, we can't even attempt to assist you, if we're even able to assist you at all. Laws are different everywhere.
