My husband and I live in Louisiana. About a yr. and a half ago we obtained legal guardianship of my two nieces ages 5 and 3. The oldest has sever behavioral problems I'm sure stem from the trauma of being abused and neglected. She has literally destroyed our family. The effect it has had on our own two children is saddening to us. But, we don't know what to do. My question I guess would be how do we go about placing them back in the states care? Do we need a lawyer? Do we have to even go to court or do we just contact the case worker.

Confused and saddened
