Questions in Ohio

Hi I have a few questions. My wife and I have agreed to divorce with no fault and have worked out all the financial/property distrobution. My question is, in Ohio, do I need to live in another residence before I get a divorce? We get along fairly well we just do not want to be married anymore. I will be moving out as soon as she can buy the house with her mom's help, should be in a month or two. I would like to get a divorce, so I can start looking to buy my place asap.

Have you tried going to your local court house to pick up a divorce kit ? It may answer most of your questions..
