My live in boyfriend and I have decided to call it quits. I had to serve him a certified letter of eviction because he suddenly got amnesia when it was time to move out. I think I have that part straight. However, he was supposed to be paying 1/2 of our bills and has not done so. I want my money. Am I entitled to what he owes me? I have copies of the bills, what I paid and what he was due to pay or half paid.
