I was granted a move away order from CA to FL> ex said he would sign over community house if I stayed in Ca. I moved 8 hrs away in Ca. He is now filing bankrupsy. He also wants more visitation. He has had no relationship w/22 mth son. Will the court honor his verbal agreement? Will he get over nights with a child he has ne relationship with? I can not afford a lawyer. Can some one PLEASE help me?
