Finished with the 60 day cooling off period and have offered the ex just about everything, including house, furnishings, car, etc., and offered REASONABLE spousal support. Wife objects and says she will contest the divorce because she will have added expense of obtaining private health insurance and her living expenses are to high. Can bifurcation, in Kansas courts, be obtained so that divorce decree can proceed and settlement issues ironed out later?
