My stepdaughter is about to turn 21. She is attending college in Florida. My wifes divorce agreement states that child support payments are to end at 21 years of age. Do we have any legal grounds to get the support payments extended until she graduates College. Or is whats in the original agreement binding? The agreement was made in Nassau County , NY
