how can they hold my 18 yr old brother in county jail(misdeameanor pot charge in city limits as my passenger in my vehicle;me being the driver)from arrest date July 30 untill Aug.25 for his initial court date?
In addition,it is also his first ever arrest of any sort.He was told if he didn't make bond at the city jail that night, he would sit it out in county jail untill his courtdate. How can they deny bond because he had to take longer than 2 hours?PLEASE NOTE:RICHLAND POLICE AND CITY IN GENERAL ARE REDNECK *******S!!
