Can anyone tell me what exactly is considered "reasonable visitation"? My papers state the following:

Possession Provisions

Bio-Mom and/or Bio-Father shall, each, have reasonable visitation with and access to the children as the respective Possessory Conservator and Joint Managing Conservators may mutually and reasonably agree.

"mutually and reasonably agree"... Does this mean there is supposed to be an agreement, or do the Joint Managing Conservators decide what the visitation schedule is?
