I would like to know what my legal
obligations are to my girlfriend and her children.
We have been together for 7 yrs..
We have been living together for 2+ years.
She recieves minimum child support.
She works full time.
Kids are 10+12.
I own my home and I pay almost all the bills.
She is not good with money, but she usually
can afford to pay for our groceries.
We are financially solvent and the future
looks good.
Is there a time frame used buy the courts
that dictates any type of joint tenancy
or ownership when unmarried couples live
together? ie. common law marriges?

thank you...Boston North

This is just a guess, but, Mass? As in North Boston, Mass.?

Sorry, I'm just in a silly mood today.

And, yes, you are right. It is better to state it than assume. No pun intended.
