What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Fl
Can a 13 yr old who has been newly diagnosed with Hodgkins disease collect SSI? Would the parent who has to leave work to take care of the sick child be eligible for benefits? If so, would it be best to retain an attorney to help us through the process or go it alone?

Thank you

You're are welcome, I hope treatment goes well I know a number of people with Hodgkins who were successfully treated. If you have to apply for SSDI it is all in the report.
