I usually used to park my car in a coin parking area which reads Mon - Sat 8 AM to 6 PM Checking enforced and weekends and holidays free parking. I got a parking ticket this morning (when I reached my car at 6:45 AM) which has a wierd penalty head as PROHIBITED 3-6 AM. I parked it around 11:30 PM on a Sunday and I am moving it at 6:45 AM on a Monday. I was wondering whether there is a possibilty if I talk to them or there is no use ?
