The Employee acknowledges that the Company shall or may in reliance of this agreement provide Employee access to trade secrets, customers and other confidential data and good will. Employee agrees to retain said information as confidential and not to use said information on his or her won behalf or disclose same to any third party.

This is an exact copy of the contract I signed (except) there is a Witness line. The witness line is signed, but the Company Representative line is not. Also the contract I signed says that if i am in breach of the contract that I have to pay the companys legal fees for bringing legal action against me. Is there any way I can get out of this contract so I can continue to provide for my family in my chosen profession?????
