What is the name of your state? Maine. I recently quit my job, and was told by my "X" employers that I have an outstanding draw. My last sale commission should cover the draw. the question is: can they NOT pay me my last commision, and still tell me I owe on the draw !?! Is this legal ???

Your first step is to ask your employer for a specific accounting on the salary draw you've received vs. the commissions you've been paid. Until that's been done, you don't know whether what they're stating is correct.
