Are reveresed company logos still trademarked/copyrighted? (a mirror image of a logo)

Is a copyrighted music/video file still copyrighted if it has been digitally reversed?

What a strange question. Let's extend that idea though. Rather than a simple reversible function, let's say we perform a one-way (irreversible) complex transformation in such a way that the result is completely dissimilar to the original. (e.g. a hash) Of course transformation can be a factor in a fair use defense, but that's not really the issue in this thread.
