What is the name of your state? MOI received the following emails. I removed the name of the firm for now but it is in the email. I went to the Nigerian Consulate Website and found a warning against this kind of scam. I have saved all correspondence.
Who should I report this to and can I sue this jerk and shut him down.

COMPLIMENTS OF THE DAY.

(crude Oil merchant and contractor ) who was based in Nigeria.

huge sums of money that has been unserviceable for a reasonable period of
time.
Note that you will be rewarded with 40% while my contact in the security
company 5% and I , 55% .

carried within the ambits of the law to protect us from any legal breach.

I want to assure you that this is 100% legal and above board.
My late client did not attest to last will and testament and since I have made efforts to trace his blood relative to no avail, I felt to myself that it is necessary to contact you as I found your contact email address on a directory here as you bear similar ast name.
