What is the name of your state?Cal

Inquiring if it is common to lose driving privilege for public intoxication conviction(even if you don't have one) along with usual community service, furlough, probation, rehab, etc. or are minors mostly affected by such behavior? What do fines range from for the single offense? Any contestants?

Thanks
