What is the name of your state? California. Do corporations have to offer health benefits if they have over a certain amount of employees?

In 49 out of 50 states, no employer is required to offer health insurance benefits regardless of how many employees they have or how long they have worked. Health insurance is an optional benefit, not an entitlement.

The sole exception is Hawaii, where employers with more than 20 employees are required to make insurance available.
