How long does it take after you have a hearing to get the Judges verdict on your SSDI case? I had a Hearing in April 2004 and was wondering. Thanks for any help

There's really no set time limit, and the ALJ isn't bound by any time restrictions at all. In other words, they don't have "X" number of days to get the decision done.

I had my hearing in March, and got the decision in May. But I also know of others that had a hearing in January and still haven't heard anything. The "typical" (if there is any such thing in the SSA) time is between 60-90 days, but like I said, they don't "have" to have it done in that time frame.

It all really depends on how busy your OHA office is.
