What is the name of your state?NY

I own a business that has been featured on a number of news/talk show broadcasts. May I use the clips of these broadcasts to promote my business on the web without obtaining permissions from the networks/television shows on which my product(s)/business appeared?

Thanks for your time!

My response:

Simple answer: No.

The clips belong to that broadcaster. Period. End of discussion.

Either obtain written permission, or give it up.
