What is the name of your state? Georgia

I am a graduate student who wishes to address the effect of the "at will" law in the State of Georgia for my thesis. Specifically, I would like to submit as my thesis paper the history of the "at will" policy, the affect on employees and the procedures for changing such legislation.

Please give me some idea as to where I might begin my research. Your assistance is appreciated.

If you want to know the origins of the at will doctrine, then the place to start is in English Common Law.
