RE: SALES PERSON Employee

I have a sales employee that resident/works in NJ 90%, and goes to the office located in PA everyother 2 weeks for 5-6 hours.

The taxes deducted are:
NJSIT "state taxes" and PA SUI unemployment

I would like to confirm I'm deducting the correct taxes.

I don't have the faintest idea, although I can't imagine why you would deduct PA SUI when he only works in PA 5-6 hours every two weeks. On the other hand, I know PA taxes can get a bit screwy.

If you don't get a definite answer here, I would suggest you repost under the Tax forums.
