What is the name of your state?Florida
A former employee of mine just called me and said that he was just hired as a Food & Beverage supervisor for the Seminole tribe casino. In his new hire booklet it states; "If a member of the Seminole tribe, whether qualified or not becomes interested in your position, the tribal member will take presedence over non-tribal employees, which could result in changing your duties or terminating your employment"...That was pretty much it in a nut shell!!!
Now I now that most government/Federal regulations do not apply in the Seminole tribe world (If you will, No offense)...But does that REALLY apply to EEOC regulations as well??
