Hit and run???

What is the name of your state?
Pennsylvania.

This is my first accident and I need some help from you guys, I got hit by someone heads on while she's trying to turn into a small street from the opposite side of the traffic when I am going straight on the main road. She drove away immediately after finding out I was calling the cops. I remember her license plate and make and model. What should I do?? Are the cops able to find her? What if her car was a stolen one? How do I get me car fixed? Thanks for the advice!

He just gave me a report number and ask me to get a report in few days.
