What is the name of your state? Kansas
My best friend just found out that her husband (long time pot smoker) has been providing her son and his friends with pot for two years (starting when he was 16 - he just turned 18). He frequently smoked with the kids in their house and on several occasions drove their son to do the buying of the marijuana from the "dealer" for the both of them. What crime(s) is he guilty of and are they state or local crimes? Thanks.

Your son is 18 now. He is an adult and free to make his own choices. It is not anybody's fault that you were an inattentive mother who failed to notice his drug problems before he reached the age of majority. Why don't you get over the fact that the father of this child is through with you and leave him alone? You really sound like a pathetic stalker.

Very constructive. You must consider yourself an amateur debator or something. Here's a tip for your journey: you're losing when you have to attack your opponet instead of his viewpoints.

Here is a tip for your farewell journey. The proper spelling is:
'debater' and 'opponent'
