TxWhat is the name of your state?

We are a small business in Texas that opened one year ago. We recently received a 377.00 bill from a company that apparantly provided a knox box for our business. This is an item that was ordered by the contractor and received by the contractor. In fact, we didn't know anything about this until we got this bill a year later.

The company told us that we are responsible for this. Is this correct even though we didn't order it nor did we sign as receiving it?
