What is the name of your state? Texas

I live adjacent to a golf course and had a window broken by a golfer. The
golfer does not want to pay. The golf course has no policy. Am i am liable
due to my inherent risk of living next to the golf course? Does it matter
how my house is positioned in relation to the golf course? How is a decision
made in small claims court? Thanks

More accurately, a golfer is NOT liable due to your assumed risk of building next to the golf course. Unless you can PROVE that the golfer was negligent or malicious in aiming at your house, you bear the costs of YOUR building decision.

Does it matter how my house is positioned in relation to the golf course?
Possibly, but not likely.

How is a decision made in small claims court?
Judge listens to both sides then renders a judgment.
