I bought a new car and traded in a car for the down payment. I was suppose to get a 2000.00 dollar check sent back to me, well the dealership said my trade in was worth 3 grand less than they gave me for it so they are keeping my check for 2 grand even though the contract signed by me and the dealership states I get the money back.
I was also suppose to get x plan price on the car, which never happened either.
my question is what county do I file for small claims court, the county I bought the car or the county that I live in?
