I am from Wisconsin, but I have to deal with the Polish Consulate in Chicago, IL. I think they may have lost my passport, and I was wondering if I could sue for damages to cover the cost of a replacement passport as well as my plane tickets (I won't be able to fly without the passport) please answer this or pass it on to someone who may be more knowledgeable.

Thanks, Erik Meinhardt
