What is the name of your state? Iowa

This is the simple version! I was diagnosed with Hep C in 1985(non A, non B at that time) Then I started being treated at the VA in 1990.for the past 13 years they have taken biopsy and blood work, regularly. Just would tell me I had cerriosis and my enzimes where slightly elevated. Now, I went to a specialist( 4 months ago) he stated that I should have had treatment along time ago. I am now in stage 4 cirrosis, tried the treatment for Hep C, had to stop after 10 weeks as it was killing me. Now I have to wait untill my health returns and then try the treatment again with a lower dose, extra medications and closer monitoring.

What do you think? Any feedback is greatly accepted!

Thank you! :(

I've read both of your threds, my questions are this, do you smoke, drink alcohol, exposure to bodily fluids or needles (how did you get hepC) have a history of asthma or copd in your family or Alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency?

You would have to show that you would suffered significant damages that you would not otherwise have suffered because of medical negligence. With your medical history, I believe that would be virtually impossible to prove.
