Breach of Contract?

What is the name of your state? FL

I have a property in which I rent space to several independent contractors. Even though they have each signed a one-year lease, they believe they can leave at any time with 45-days notice.

The lease has a specified expiration date and it says that they must give 45-days notice before the term of the lease is up if they intend to vacate.

Doesn't this mean that if they don't want to renew the lease at the end of the term, they have to give 45 days notice? In Florida, can I enforce the lease through the expiration date?
