My Father died from asbestosis over 18 years ago , My mother has a class action lawsuit ongong ever since his death .
She has not been to court or been paid any compensation EVER.
Her lawyers just last year had her sign a power of attorney to them for some reason . She has not had any informaton from her lawyers in about a year .
Any and all advice would be very helpful .
