What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

This 16 year old Probate only has two sisters as heirs. The original Admin
gave up his duties years ago, and it has just sat for many years. Finally
the two sisters both filled for the Admin position. The younger sister was
awarded Admin mainly because she lives there.

After a few court dates, the Judge wrote up, and gave everyone involved,
a copy of the potential distribution of real property and personal property,
for all to approve, or modify. He signed and dated it, and entered it on
the Journal. It was left as is. On final distribution court date, the
out-of-town sister was unable to travel the 98 miles, due to a medical
problem (lower GI sickness) which was beyond her control. So she called
and spoke with the Judges Secretary, and requested for this message to
be given to the Judge. The Secretary explained only an Attorney can call
and request to postpone this court date. The out-of –town sister
explained she did not have an Attorney, and requested to please give the
Judge this message, and the Secretary agreed she would. Apparently
they proceeded without this out-of-town sister not being present.

Two weeks after that court date, the out-of-town sister received a small
check for $230.00, from the sister Admin, for only part of a repayment
that was approved by the Judge. It has been a month now, and the
out-of-town sister has not received the other check for $1500.00, which
was a repayment for the out-of-town sisters prior attorney, about 8 years
prior, trying to finalize this probate,

How can this out-of-town sister collect what the Judge ordered for her
have? Can she file an amendment to the Journal Entry, stating her problem,
or requesting a court date to find out why the sister Admin has not paid?

Just for more info on this case, there is some real property in another
state, that is joint owned 50/50, that this sister Admin has not paid the
back taxes on either. I will address this other state, in another post.

BTW, these two sisters have not spoken to each other in over ten years.
The sister Admin will not speak when spoken to either, so calling her is
not an option.

Any advice or suggests you have will be appreciated.
Thank you,
