My son was involved in a crash in late May. The other driver was 100% responsible. My son's car damage has already been paid for by the other driver's insurance. He was injured in the crash with severe whiplash. He's been seeing the chiropractor two times a week for the entire summer. He missed his summer soccer season altogether and a couple of work shifts. What would be a typical settlement that we should request??? We just need some idea so we don't get low-balled.
