What is the name of your state?ny
The other party completely ignores it? Is that an admission to there maybe truth to a charge? Are they just not caring or repectfull of a governmental agency? Or do they know the EEOC cant force them to part with a dime. Or all of the above. ;)

There is no possible way for us to know why they might not pay attention. It could be because they know there is NO truth to the allegation. It could be because they are hoping it will go away. (It won't.) It could be because they are getting legal advice (which is smart). Or any of a dozen other reasons.
