need to get out of commercial lease

I live in Florida. I just signed a lease for a building expecting to get students (dance studio). I have one week left before opening and still only have a handful of students. I signed lease last Friday (8/19), have been getting building ready since 7/15 and have paid rent through Sept. 1. What are my chances of getting out of lease since I have no income now to pay rent.
