What is the name of your state?I would like to know if there are any laws in the state of Indiana or from the federal government that prohibit business owners and there managers from drafting there own contracts for the sole purpose of their business without a lawyer being involved. I have been told by an attorney that I could get into trouble for practicing law. I have never heard of such a thing before since there are so many computer programs that do just that. Is she just trying to keep job security by trying to scaring us or is it true.
