I won an UI hearing

What is the name of your state?NY So now that i ahve won the hearing and i am able to collect full benefits.Can my ex employer re open this case after the SOL has expired on the appeal time frame or can this be reopened in any other court?

If the statute of limitations to appeal the decision has expired, then it's a done deal.
