Deadlines - what happens when they are missed?
I am going into an arbitration.... my attorney always waits til the last minute and i am afraid he will miss deadlines. I have had 2 times he waited til the last day and then wants to have it couriered across town.... at my expense! It's very stressful and i absolutely hate it.
For example: we have 30 days to provide discovery documents to the other side. If it is turned over to them 2 days late... then what happens? do i lose my case or what?
