What state are you from MN

We have some property that we purchased 10 years ago. We have now just had it surveyed because we are selling the property. WE found out that the neighbors garage is on this property, The garage has been there for many years prior to us purchasing the land. What are our options?

**A: ask the neighbors to move the garage. You move the garage. Sell that piece of property to the neighbor. Get an encroachment agreement signed........
