Can I do anything but complain?

What is the name of your state? NY
I went to the emergency room a week ago for stomach pain. I was pumped full of pain killer's and 6 hours later released. The Dr. came in and told me he couldnt find anything wrong with me so they were releasing me?
I had to wait 2 days to see my Dr. who told me food poisoning and constipation. Took 2 days to fix because the original Dr. failed to see it.
Can I try to get the hospital to pay my missed wages and deductable or will I fail miserably?

No; two days off work due to food poisoning is not unusual and most people with food poisoning would be thankful for 6 hours of medicated relief.
