There is a home directly behind my home. We share a common brick wall fence which separates our respective backyards. Unfortunately, my neighbor has a huge ficus tree planted in her backyard within about 7 feet of the brick wall fence. This tree is HUGE and its branches are so dense and large that it's growing into my backyard. Its leaves are falling on my backyard and is taking sunlight away from my own backyard plants.
What legal remedies do I have?
