I am in Louisiana, I bought a Moble Home (Trailor) July of 01. When we bought the trailor we had to change all the Faucets, and the side wall that was damaged. We started remodeling the trailor, and we found BAD Water damage on the Outer wall. If we would keep the trailor it would cost us alot more money. Would it be worth us trying to make them fix it, or getting some of our money back, or simply telling them they could have it back?
Please help me?????

I am paying a couple, but i did have an attorney right up everything. They signed a paper stating that there was no water or pumping damage to the trailor. In the Contract that we signed it says "Vendor does not warrant that the above described property is free from environmental, redibitory or latent defects or vices, or vices under Louisiana civil code article2520 through article 2548. Purchaser waives the warranty of fitness for intended purpose and guarantees against hidden or latent redhibitory vices under LA Civil code Article 2520 thru 2548.
I am not sure if this is what you are asking for??
