My son was acused of a crime when he was 16. He is now 19 and in the army. He was never arressted only quesstioned. That was three years ago. now the courts want him to stand trial. Do they have that right if its been this long?

It depends on the nature of the crime. Many felonies have a three year statute of limitations, so if they got it in under the wire, they are good to go.
